Foreign Language Interpretation Services
Through the Refugee Resettlement & International Services and Employment & Economic Empowerment departments of Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County, The Amster Center is proud to provide accredited foreign language interpretation and translation services to our community.
Rather than work with for-profit, non-local entities, you can feel good about receiving excellent community interpretation and translation services and providing jobs to new Americans and unrestricted funding for a venerable community based social service agency.
We currently provide services in the following languages:
Armenian, Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Dari, Farsi, French, Hebrew, Karen, Kingogo, Kinyarwanda, Kurdish, Mukutubu, Oromo, Persian, Pashto, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Tigrinya, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu
“We are known for great service. And we are working with the Amster Center to develop training that will more clearly lay out for our staff members, culturally competent, great service for the community.”
